Bicycle watch mount

This is a bracket for [Pebble Classic smartwatch](https://www.pebble.com/buy-pebble-smartwatch) for mounting it on the bicycle handlebar. Optionally takes a 20mm M6 conical bolt+nut to fix, although it stays put pretty well just by friction (and some help from the watch belt) too.

Designed for handlebars with diameter of 22mm.
