FY-Mini3D Hanging mount for better vibration damping

An improved mount for the FY-Mini3D gimbal with 6 dampers. You can still use the supplied mountig thingies for the rod mount. Also, there is a place for the Storm32 controller, but you can just ignore this if you're using stock controller.
