Simple Tower Filament Tray Offset

The spool holder on top of my tall tower upgrade doesn't fit my "Jet" PLA 95mm wide spools so I expanded it by 23mm. Had to do it as two parts because I don't yet have the full build volume upgrade installed, so a 140mm long part is still beyond my capabilities - for now. Reasonably sturdy when the bolts are tightened properly - it'll do for now until I think of a more general solution that'll allow me to use 95mm and 75mm spools.
