Simple radial fan mount and inductance probe mount I designed and use on my Folgertech FT-5. The fan is mounted using 3mm x 20mm screws and for a slight boost in clearance the fan mount holes on the fan should be cut so the screw heads sit flush with the lower face of the fan. The fan mount attaches to the extruder through existing dead space between heat sink and extruder fan.
