Ladder Dog / Finger

Aluminum Extension ladder lowering fingers. The old ones broke and I recreated this version. Holes are smaller than original pivot to allow tap to #10/32 or metric equivalent. I used stainless cap screws and cut them to size with dremel cut off. You could print plastic dowel pins?

I use 123D for my extrusion layout. Extrude each side and raise to allow middle space. Merge it all together to create solid. Small holes allow for insertion of return springs.
