Bracket to mount Ultimaker +feeder on the U2RS

In case you want to keep using the rail system (U2RS) and want to upgrade to the new + feeder I published a simple bracket.
Upgrading is pretty easy, specially when you reuse the feeder motor.

Get all parts for the feeder at your local distributor.
Your feeder motor needs to have the D-shaped axis to be able to reuse it.
