Greg Wade's to bowden extruder conversion support for prusa i3

When upgrading my extrusion system, I want to use the same extruder, so I designed this support to hang the Greg Wade's on the prusa i3 6mm frame.
Inspired in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1015015 by rapps , but adds some features like 2 M3 screws to fix it on the frame, extended M4 holes to hold different type of extruders with different distances between holes.
There's a hole to thread for a 1/8" to 4mm tube quick connection.
