Rotation joint with end stops

Part 16 of the original rover is the body mount for the top of the leg assembly. The original design allows free rotation around 360 degrees... and the model can twist itself upside down if driven carelessly. This in turn can break other parts of the model which cannot handle free rotation of the legs.

This remix limits the leg rotation to +/- 35 degrees. This stops damage to the suspension and allows the robot to be driven more easily/aggressively (i.e. by my 5 year old son).
