A simple attachement for the __Nikon 40mm 1:2.8G DX Macro__ Lens.
It allows to use the internal flash of your DSLR to light macro shots and is mounted on the lens hood snap-in-flange. (it snaps in like the lens hood)
__Why use a flash for macro photography?__ With a flash you can freeze your image, even at very high apertures like f/32, without bumping up your exposure or ISO too high. It results in a clean image, with higher depth of field.
