Magnetic Window Latch for QIDI Printer

This is a magnetic latch for the front window in a QIDI Tech 1 Printer. I believe that it would also work for equivalent MakerBot printers, but that's not verified. Feel free to modify it to suite your needs on other printers. Only one is required.

The part mounts using two 6-32 screws & nuts at the bottom of the Window centered with the handle as shown in the photo. You will need to drill two 3/16” diameter holes in the Window for the screws. You also need to super-glue a 1/4” diameter x 1/1
