Remix of "Universal Ball Mount System" for 19mm tube

This is a remix of Universal Ball Mount System by Agger, - I needed an adjustable, lockable flexible joint. Aggers work was delightful and just a few mods were needed to make it fit my needs.

The printed ball joint fits nicely in to the "19 mm diameter tube" that I used for the cup holder mounted to the wheelchair with thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1581760
