Lulzbot Hexagon 40mm Fan Mount (Shroud)

Updated from the standard Hexagon 40mm fan shroud for use with the Lulzbot Hexagon hot end which has a shorter heat sink and larger heater block. Tolerances are a bit tight, but it is nice to be able to mount a larger fan that doesn't get clogged with dust so easily, and with no screws! Have this running on my printers at Colorado State University:
