SCX200 GoPro ExoPro Mount with Vtx access cutout

Another version with a cutout to access the Vtx dip switches through the top plate.

Update 21st June 2016 - Added two new versions, one with a channel to use a screw driver to access Vtx button, second with a printable extension to allow you to press the button.
Neither has been tested yet.

Update 29th June 2016 - Added another new version, this one has the cut out at the front for use with Eachine VTXs. The back also has a raised section so the Exopro case lip can slip under, makes for a
