Makerfarm Pegasus E3D v6 Mount with Fan and 18mm Inductive Probe Sensor

A collection of mount plates for mounting an E3D hot end to a Makerfarm Pegasus whilst also mounting:
* A print cooling fan and duct; or
* An 18mm inductive probe for auto bed levelling; or
* Both a print cooling fan/duct and an 18mm inductive probe

The probe mount is offset 42mm left of the hot end. In Marlin, you should use:
* X offset: -42mm
* Y offset: 0mm

I used an LJ18A3-8-ZBX NPN, normally open sensor, which consistently detects the standard PCB heated bed through 3mm glass. Se
