15mm pipe clip for 18B20 and other TO92 devices

Clip to allow a TO92 temperature sensor to be firmly attached to a piece of 15mm water pipe for temperature monitoring.
tube part of clip allows space for cable connections and to be filled with e.g. epoxy to seal. Anulus at the cable end acts as a basic cable relief.
leaving the device slightly proud of the inner circumference of the clip will ensure that the device touches the pipe - maybe a bit of heat transfer paste will further aid the contact.
