Water Main Valve Wrench

This can be used to control the water main to your house, if the valve has a rectangular knob no larger than 35 mm by 15 mm and you have at least 50 mm of clearance all around the knob. Our valve is close to a basement wall and behind an access panel, which makes maneuvering a regular pipe wrench very difficult, and use of a street key impossible.
