My K8200 started juddering. The linear bearings LM8UU, LM10UU from China had never really done a good job. So I didn't want to replace them with just another set of junk before trying printed sleeve bearings first.
IGUS's design is famous, but I never understood, why it is not using helical grooves to get more stiffness into the sleeve cylinder. So I designed my own set of screwed sleeve bearings, and share them with this post.
