UPD5. Well thats not so bad. I updated Configuration.h in my Marlin firmware and it has full 180x180 plate space now. I also turned my head 180º and it works ok. You should not tighten linear ball bearings too much to keep smooth movement. Use Kalashnikov AK-47 design principle and loosen everything you can.
