Slide Caliper Simple

This is to be used with 3D printing class at CSUSB-Summer 2016. Will need to add a "rule". Many places to print out in standard or metric. Just adjusted part 2, as the lab I set up at CSUSB has Da Vinci Jr.'s and needed to add about .5mm so that the "slide" would slide. These parts are added to a standard tongue depressor.
