Roller chain V1.0

This is a simple and useless roller chain made only with laser cutting.
This is made with 3mm MDF.
The center distance is 17mm.
Center of the outside chain link is square.
Center of the inside chain link is round.

You need to sand the pinion in the thickness to catch the chain.

I will redesign pinions to make it more beautiful
