HTC vive speaker tripod mount

This mount slides onto a speaker tripod [like this one](http://www.altoproaudio.com/products/f3-speaker-stand) and the cup&thread fits the lighthouse gimbnal nicely.

A speaker tripod is useful if you want to combine a lighthouse tripod and a monitor foot.
