Spool Holder for 2020 Extrusion (Folgertech i3)

I started using larger spools from Spool3D and Filaments.ca and the old holders were too small. I added a top section that takes the taller spool up enough to clear the Extrusion below.

Alternately, if you already printed the original arms and just want to extend them for larger spools you can print the "Spool Extension" piece x2 and press fit them into the old arms.
