Nerf Retaliator Stock Extender, Mk. 2

Based upon [my previous design](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:160925), this stock extender will add 100mm to your Nerf Retaliator, as well as a simple tactical rail. The design is now split in half and includes alignment tabs and screw holes that will fit a #4 screw.

Both versions are based upon [an original design by Hobbes32](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:117824).
