Dan's GoPro Wrench

I liked scorch's idea for a GoPro wrench, but felt that it wouldn't resolve the issue of grip with hands that were wet or cold or encumbered with gloves. I decided to slap a knob atop it for better grip. The first design only had three flanges on the knob and didn't look particularly good when centered, but the test print (solid fill) worked great. This version adds a fourth flange, specifically for aesthetic reasons, and it centers nicely.
