Filament Box Feeder

I wanted an angled filament box feeder similar to the [one created by sarman_1998](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:878919) but without the threading and suitable for M4 nuts, bolts and washers. I couldn't find one so I created my own, heavily inspired by sarman_1998's.
