Customizable One-Piece Steve

I need to print a lot of MineCraft figures, for a diorama, so I needed to simplify the Steve's (OpenSCAD) design. The changes are:

- Arranged Steve as a single piece to print, so no assembling and gluing Steve's head, arms and legs on.
- Added parameters for Customizer to control scale, head angle, and position ("running" or "working"). Since you can't position him manually, you can do so in software.
- Added "feet" so that you can tell which way he's facing
