Dremel®-clone rotary tool to 43mm drill press adapter (cheap alternative to Dremel Workstation)

There are plenty of drill presses that have 43mm holder to fit your standard household drill. They start at $10, are made from steel, and are ideal to make holes at 90 degree angle. You will find plenty of them at your local hardware store.
