The trim piece the factory never made but should have for the last generation Pontiac Grand Am GT. It is intended to fill in the unsightly gap around the front plate when the bumper insert is removed.
I think this is pretty close to the right shape. However it's flat, so it may need some alteration to meet the top-down profile of the front bumper. Three tabs should fit in the holes above the plate, bottom tabs are for double-sided foam tape.
Scale is 1BU = 1", and apply smoothing modifier.
