Version 1 of my foldable pocked google cardboard... THING!
Other than the print you will need:
a pair of nails, maybe the bit inside a pen, anything roughly 3mm diameter will do, string?
A rubber band, maybe two, treat yourself I say

This is the first one, I've tested mine and it works, it is not... terribly comfortable.
