Loaded all geared tooth files onto one printbed

Nothing earth shattering, just loaded all the geared tooth files onto the printbed and saved as a single stl.
Makes resizing much easier. As you just have to resize one file and everything else stays in proportion.
Either for fitting to your printbed should it be smaller than a replicator's or simply for printing out at different sizes, which is actually why i did it.
