E3D v6 mount for Wanhao i3 - version 2

This is a new and reinforced design of my previous. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1213802

A 40mm fan is needed to cool down the hotend and fits right onto the clamp_part.
4x M3-35mm (30mm is usable) screws is needed.
