XL Ramps 1.4 Enclosure for V-Slot

Just a remix of spauda01's great RAMPS enclosure.

I added 30mm to the depth to give more space for wiring to reside away from the boards, and there's a slot cut in the lid for graphic controller cables to exit. I removed the hole for the IR sensor and the little internal holder for the IR controller is a little narrower because the controller I sourced had a slimmer PCB - I'm hacking/wiring this direct to RAMPS for RGB colour control so the IR sensor was of no use to me.
