FolDagoma : foldable Dagoma Discovery200

Edit : all the files have been replaced by a new version, which includes a plate for fixing the Melzi board
This design allows anyone to convert a Discovery200 to a foldable 3D printer.
This is a first version which needs to be improved, feel free to remix it !
