MPCNC Blank Spindle Mount

Just a basic MPCNC Mount base blank. Just add the mounting stuffs for whatever your mounting.

Completely rewrote the .scad this morning, import()'s C-ToolMount.STL and C-XYZ.STL at the proper locations, so you can verify clearance.

mount(mntht): creates the base mount.
mntht is the overall height of the mount, so you don't have to chop it off (default=118mm)

conflicthull(): adds hulls of nuts and bearings on C-XYZ fixture, for clearance verification. Had the nuts "remove" my line l
