Espresso PF scale plate

A common problem with espresso portafilters is that they don't fit well on most 0.1g or 0.01g kitchen scales. The scale plates are a little small. Place the plate on top of your scale and the PF on top of the plate. The riser on one end of the plate helps keep the basket end of the PF level. With a spouted PF, place the handle in the notch on the riser and the spouts on the non-riser end. With a bottomless PF, place the basket
