Hammer 7 stock-class feed adaptor

An interface for connecting a CCI Phantom-style stock class feed to a Kingman Hammer 7.

Also requires the following cap-head hex screws:
1x M4 x 25mm
1x M4 x 12mm (approx, haven't checked)

Dimensions should be OK, but I'll leave it as WIP until I've tested it.
