SMI adapter for modified ST fiber connector

So we cut a ST to ST mating sleave to center a ceramic ferrule with the light detector at an adjustable distance.. Might as well design the part to accomodate the ST connector without the need of the modified sleave. Nevertheless, this part does the job. Depending on material shrinkage, it's safe to scale the model to end up with the right dimensions.
