Modular Amazon Dash Button Mount

I pulled out and cleaned up a single Dash Button mount from idnarbjm's Dash-Board, for use as a standalone mount, or for incorporating into other designs if anyone sees fit. I included a blank that is the exact bounds of the cutout for reference or boolean operations. Have fun!
