Frozen puff pastry Pie/Pasty mould/cutter

Works really well to make small pies/pasties.

This mould takes defrosted frozen puff pastry squares.
Flour bottom mould and underside of one square, place in mould.
Brush edges with water or milk,
Spoon in sweet or savoury filling,
Flour top mould and topside of another square and place on top.
Line up top half of mould and push down hard - to form the crimps and cut the excess pastry off.
Pull excess pastry away from corners.
