All-in-One fan Duct E3D v6 40mm fan

Love the original design but did not like the noisy 30mm e3d fan. Changed the design so that all three fans are 40x40mm.

Created two versions:
1) one peace - might not be easy to print.
2) Split the parts for easier printing and then need to be glued together. I used a type of SuperGlue and it has been working perfectly.
