FT5 - E3D V6 mount with auto level sensor

These are designed to replace most of the melamine pieces on the FT5; only the top pieces are kept. This design will allow you to use an e3d v6 hotend with a cooling fan and bed level sensor. I have also included parts without sensor mount and fan mount.

Will fit a 40x20 fan(maybe taller).
