Ikea Toy Cupcake Stand Laser cut

This is a remix of the previous design by @Jeremy8077, for the same Ikea cupcake stand.

The original design was intended to be 3D printed, however I wanted to laser cut it from 3mm ply - this required a number of changes, which are included here in this remix. I also removed the "A" from the design, since it didn't really mean much for my daughter (with apologies to Jeremy8077's daughter whose name no doubt begins with A)
