Simple plaque cookie cutter (3 sizes)

This is a quick cutter that I threw together for pastry chefs and aspiring pastry chefs. It lets you cut a simple plaque shape from dough (for cookies) or soft chocolate or fondant (for written plaques to garnish cakes).

I provide three sizes:

1. 100 × 100 mm (3.9 × 3.9 in)
2. 110 × 60 mm (4.3 × 2.4 in)
3. 80 × 60 mm (3.2 × 2.4 in)
