Bearing blocks for Wanhao Duplicator i3

This is my attempt to design a replacement bearing block for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 printer. I tried to print (many) other ones, but found that:

- The hole for the bearing I wanted to use (LM8LUU - the long ones) was too tiny.
- I was not able to modify those designs making the hole bigger (because of problems in the STL files).
- M4 bushings were needed in some of them.
