This 5mm z-axis spacer was exactly what I needed to utilize the PRINTinZ Zebra flexible build plate on my QIDI Tech 3DP-QDA16-01.
My spacer is loosely based on the design used by this author:

Unfortunately, that one didn't work as the holes were too small for my printer so I whipped up a similar design which I printed at 100% in PETG and it was a perfect fit.
