Prusa A8 Z axis dimmer

This is another Z-axis dimmer for Prusa A8. It tries to be minimally invasive, keeping as much as possible the aspect of the non-adjustable end-stop supporting piece.
It is composed of three printed components and an additional M3 screw and nut.
