A file to print a mould to make a silicone hot end cover for an E3D (and clones) V5 heater block.
Print both parts, de-bur the inside of the container and the outside of the insert. Coat in vaseline. Then half fill the container with high temperature silicone rubber. Insert the insert and press gently down until it is in place. Allow to set. Once set remove the insert gently but firmly, you might have to cut the container away, so this is easier with ABS than PLA.
The best silicone is high
