i3 Folger Prusa 2020 Connections to Open Chain Link

I created this so that I could use this chain open cable chain (link below) on my i3 Prusa 2020. It includes the connection that will be connected to the extruder and the other connected to the top of the 2020 rail. Also has a cover for the top piece.
