Classic Lego Minifigure 'Grin' Heads (With & Without Eyes/Mouth)

I've included Neil's head as well as my modified ones with a solid top (and the LEGO script on top of the stud - painstakingly measured and tweaked) and 'doubleshot' keyed eyes and mouth.
