Custom Fan Shroud / Deflector for QU-BD X-Truder

**V2 has a number of improvements to help with printing, more accurate fan hole positions, mounting tab, and tight-fitting tabs where the shroud mates with the extruder housing.**

Routes airflow around the extruder in as narrow a space as possible (for extra X travel) and focuses it on the downtube to support better high-speed printing.
